First Level Verification - Initial application with TrafficCentral that includes IP Address tracking, Email Verification, and payment receipt of fees through a reputable payment processor that includs matching or substantial identification information and is expected to be traceable by law enforcement.
Second Level Verification - Multiple identification documents received and on file of which one must be a government issued id or other human party identifying legal document. All members must submit verifiable identification of the member or a corporate officer in the case of a corporation. Corporate charters (certificates of issue) are accepted as one of three required forms of identification.
Independent Third Party Verification - Completed by a reputable third party hired by TrafficCentral to review member records and make appropriate contact with the member to confirm the phone number and emails listed. The verifier may include notes listed here regarding the verification process.
Special notations if any: Owner is a well known individual in Internet commerce. Site is owned by Doug Ashbaugh of TrafficCentral LLC of Nokomis Florida and is well known.
Fourth Level Verification - Completed by TrafficCentral LLC staff. Records are reviewed, member contacted by phone and email, and records are filed at TrafficCentral LLC storage facilities. Records remain on file for a period of at least two years to protect consumers and support law enforcement.
