Once you have setup your profile, you will receive instruction on what documents to fax in, mail in, and where to fax or mail them via email. This further validates your email account.

Once the documents are received, they are transmitted or mailed to the third party verification service under contract with TrafficCentral LLC of Nokomis Florida. The third party service will verify your documents in an appropriate manner, do additional research as to who you are, call you by telephone to validate the application and phone numbers, email you for response to validate your email, and make a decision on your identity. The third party then returns identifcation documents to TrafficCentral LLC. Not everyone is approved if the third party inspector(s) suspect fraudulence, or intent to defraud, in any way, shape, or form.

TrafficCentral LLC will then review the case and reverify documents, emails, and phone numbers beore making a final decision on your case. Not everyone is approved if we suspect fraudulence or intent to defraud in any way, shape, or form.

Assuming all goes properly, your account is then approved and you may begin using the IdentiCentral™ seals in an appropriate manner based on the Limitations and Terms and Conditions of use for your membership type.

Obtaining Seals for Your Site. You will access your seals and account only through your GoingCentral™ members area, also known as the GoingCentral™ Desktop.

In the event that you need to update your account, a fee must be paid to unlock your account profile. At that time, the re-verification process will start. Requirement for transmittal of additional documents is solely at the discretion of the inspector(s) and you may be required to deliver specific proof of the changes before your account is moved back to the Verified status. During the time the re-verification is occuring, your account will be marked as "Updated - Pending Verification" or equivalent when visitors or customers click the IdentiCentral™ seals that may already be installed on your website(s).

Recommendation. We have designed this process to promote stability in your member profile and increase value for consumers referencing your account through this service. It is however, time consuming and costly to make changes to your profile. Please plan dilligently regarding email addresses, phone numbers, and other textual information you want to enter into your account profile.

Please note that we log all account changes for consumers to review so elimination of information in a saveed profile is impossible. It will remain in history data indefinetely. If there is something proven inaccurate, we will correct it for you most often at no cost and delete inaccurate history data only if it is detrimental to the consumer or negatively impacts another party (like you put another parties email or phone number into your profile accidentally). Any such changes and determination of the standard re-verification fee requirements is at our sole discretion.

Maintain Your Subscription. Any member that does not maintain their membership subscription properly and without interruptions, other than normal interruptions caused by third parties, is subject to termination without refund. Please ensure that you maintain your GoingCentral™ Membership subscription and back it up with sufficient funding source that your accounts at this site and throughout the GoingCentral™ Network of Sites are not interrupted for your use. Terminating a membership subscription, lack of funding supporting a membership subscription, or delays in payments related to a membership subscription, are cause foor termination and deletion of your account without prior notice offered to you. We work with all members to ensure uninterrupted service and you must wrok dilligently to avoid interruptions in membership payments.

Annual Renewal. All memberships require a once per year annual renewal and reverification process to be completed. You will be notifed and communicated with in such a manner that your status of Verified should be uninterrupted. In the event that an interruption occurs before the re-verification process completes, simply contact us for immediate resolution.
